Step 2: Once registered with Sales Tax office and Sales Tax Clearance letter is obtained, fill out the APPLICATION (fillable form online) and print out.
Step 3: Submit printed application and sales tax clearance letter in person to the City of Walker Permit Department, 13600 Aydell Lane

RENEWALS
Renewal fees are based on annual income from prior year
according the the tax table the business falls within.
Each business will need to obtain a Sales Tax Clearance letter before the license is issued by contacting the Livingston Parish Sales Tax Office(225) 686-3043.
